Jennifer Hudson's Healthy Baked Wings

Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray
- 1 spray olive oil cooking spray, or enough to coat sheet
- 12 oz uncooked skinless turkey or chicken wings with bone
- 1 1/4 oz reduced sodium taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
- 2 Tbsp blue cheese, or gorgonzola, crumbled
- 2 Tbsp fat free skim milk
- 4 medium ribs uncooked celery, cut into 2-inch pieces
Chef John's Cheesy Crackers

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease with vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature
- 3/4 cup lightly packed shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup lightly packed freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cold water, or as needed
Cheddar Bacon Chicken Tenders

Bacon, Cheddar and crispy Panko crumbs combine for a flavorful, easy to make chicken tender dish
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Progresso™ plain panko crispy bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
- 1 package or jar (3 oz) cooked real bacon bits or pieces
- 1 package (14 oz) uncooked chicken tenders (not breaded)
- Chive and onion sour cream potato topper, if desired
Kosher Dill Pickles (Made by Sammie Marshall)

Combine the following in a large saucepan: Get the liquid very hot but do not boil
- Using sterilized quart-size jars, place the following into each jar:
- 1 small lump alum
- 1 whole garlic clove
- 1 hot red pepper (chile pequins are good) or 1/2 to 1 teaspoon dried hot red pepper
- 1 large sprig fresh dill
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon whole allspice (Sammie uses 1/2)
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns (Sammie uses 1/2)

Instructions Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package
- 12 ounce corkscrew shaped pasta
- 1/2 cup milk
- 12 ounces lean bacon
- 4 medium ripe tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon chopped
- fresh thyme
- 1 clove garlic, minced Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons chopped chives
- 5 cups chopped romaine hearts
Sweet Chile Hot Wings

In a large slow cooker, whisk the soy sauce, honey and sriracha until blended
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4- 1/3 cup sriracha
- 4 pounds chicken wingettes and/or drumettes
- 3 tablespoons roughly chopped cilantro, for garnish
Guacamole Pasta Salad

Directions Cook pasta according to package directions and drain
- 2 1/2 C. dry orrechiette pasta
- 2-3 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 Tbs. diced jalapeno pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 C. onion
- 1/4 C. fresh chopped cilantro, packed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Swedish Meatballs (Svenska Kottbullar)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 2 slices day-old white bread, crumbled
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2/3 pound ground beef
- 1/3 pound finely ground pork
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour, or as needed
- 2 cups beef broth, or as needed
- 1/2 (8 ounce) container sour cream
Spicy Sausage Skillet | Plain Chicken

OMG! This was SO good! The best part of this meal is that it only uses one pan
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into 1/4" slices
- 2 Tbsp dried minced onion flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz campanelle pasta (or penne)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced scallions

- 1 can Grands Jr Butter tasting biscuits (10 count)
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 8 oz Velveeta, cubed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
