  • 1 can diced tomatoes w/green chilies (mild)
  • 1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups low-sodium beef broth, plus more if needed
  • 1 15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 15-ounce can red kidney beans
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese, sliced scallions and/or sour cream, for topping (optional)
