Strawberry Cream Cheese Heart Cookies

1. Heat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper
- 1 pouch Betty Crocker® sugar cookie mix
- 1/4 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 4 oz strawberry cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 1 egg
- Neon pink food color, if desired
- Assorted candy sprinkles for decorating.
Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (165 degrees C)
- 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup natural unsweetened cocoa powder (not Dutch-processed) such as Hersey's
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup mashed very ripe bananas, from 2-3 bananas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Mixed Green Salad with Pecans, Goat Cheese, & Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

This delicious salad features mixed greens with pecans and goat cheese, tossed with a sweet mustard vinaigrette
- DRESSING:
- 4 ounces pecans, whole
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 pound mixed salad greens, including fresh baby spinach
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and cut into 1-2 inch thin slices

- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 3/4 cup egg substitute
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 1 can (14-3/4 ounces) cream-style corn
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Lemon Coconut Snowballs

Make double batch
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract (emulsion)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons grated lemon rind
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut, lightly toasted
