- 2 (16 oz.) containers sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 (3 oz.) bags real bacon bits
- 2 pkg. ranch dip mix
- 1 large bag frozen hash brown potatoes
Caramel Apple Cheesecake

- 1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
- 1 (9") graham cracker crust
- 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup caramel topping
- 12 pecan halves, plus 2 tbsp. chopped pecans
Healthy Greek Salad

- 5 tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cucumber
- 3 scallions - green onions
- 16 green olives
- 2 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. vinegar

Chocolate-Peanut Butter Cupcakes

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake batter and bake in 24 paper-lined muffin cups as directed on package
- 1 pkg. devil's food cake mix
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) jello vanilla flavor instant pudding
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups thawed cool whip whipped topping
- 4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cake

Add oatmeal to creamed mixture, then add dry ingredients
- Cream:
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 3/4 cups boiling water
- Pour water over oatmeal and let stand for 10 minutes.
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 3 large eggs
- 1 3/4 cups unsifted flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt

- 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 8 oz. jar caramel topping
- 4 - 5 butterfinger candy bars, crushed
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz. cool whip
Oven Roasted Tomatoes

- 2 1/2 lbs. red and/or yellow cherry, grape and/or other miniature tomatoes, such as roma or pear (about 7 cups)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. kosher salt or 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. snipped fresh basil
