Slow Cooker Pork Roast w/Sauerkraut & Apples

- 1/2 tsp. black pepper

- 1 (1 1/2 lb.) boneless pork loin roast, trimmed
- 2 tsp. canola oil
- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 1 large red onion, sliced
- 1 mcintosh or cortland apple, peeled, cored, and diced
- 2 tsp. caraway seeds
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- chopped fresh parsley

Add milk to the pudding and mix together

- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup booze
- 1/2 cup booze
- 1 8 oz. container cool whip
Italian Chicken Pasta Skillet

Cook and stir chicken in large skillet, about 5 minutes
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, cut into thin wedges

- 2 cups mostaccholi, cooked and drained
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
