- 1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, cut in strips
- 1/2 tsp. salt

- 3/4 lb. smoked turkey sausage, cut in 1/4" slices
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 2 cups rice, uncooked
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 tomato, chopped
Johnsonville Cheesy Breakfast Casserole

Cook sausage according to directions on package
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) breakfast link sausage
- 6 English muffins, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 12 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup bacon bits

Fry bacon. Pour bacon drippings in casserole dish
- 2 1/3 cup uncooked rice
- 1 tsp. salt

- 1 cup water
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 large green peppers, chopped

In a medium bowl, combine the cherries, almond extract, coconut milk and sweetener, if using
- For the topping:
- 3 cups cherries, pitted & sliced
- 2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- pinch of salt

To prepare the burgers: In a large bowl, mix the burger ingredients
- Burgers:
- 1 1/4 lbs. ground turkey or chicken
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 4 green onions, white and light green parts only, minced
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil
- 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. pure chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- Relish:
- 1 1/2 cups coarsely greated seedless cucumber
- 2 tbsp. sour cream
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp. minced jalapeno chile
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
Vegetable Dip
