Chocolate Mousse Torte

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 15" x 10" jelly-roll pan with foil, grease and flour foil
- 2/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup special dark cocoa or hershey's cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- CHOCOLATE MOUSSE FILLING (recipe to follow)
Chicken Pot Pie

In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients
- 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 4 cups frozen Southern-style hash brown potatoes,
- thawed
- 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and
- drained
- 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 pkg (15 oz) refrigerated pie pastry
Strawberry-Rhubarb Freezer Jam

Cook first 3 ingredients until rhubarb is tender
- 5 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 5 cups sugar
- 16 oz. crushed pineapple
- 1 large box or 2 small boxes strawberry jello
Crescent Hot Dogs

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll crescent roll dough; separate at perforations, creating 4 rectangles
- 1 can (8 oz.) pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 2 1/2 slices american cheese, quartered
- 10 large hot dogs

Dark Hot Chocolate

Place the cocoa powder and truvia into a microwaveable mug
- 1 1 1 tbsp. unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder (like Hersey's)
- 1 1 2 tbsp. + 2 tsp. truvia
- 2 2 2 tbsp. hot water
- 1 1 1 cup almond milk

In a 3 quart saucepan, combine broth, onion, carrots, celery, water, Italian seasoning, black pepper and bay leaf
- 3 14 oz. cans reduced-sodium chicken borth
- 1 cup chopped onion, large
- 1 cup sliced carrots, 2 medium
- 1 cup sliced celery, 2 stalks
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 16 oz. pkg. frozen egg noodles
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
- 2 tbsp. snipped fresh parsley (optional)
Tater Skins - Fried Fingerling

Par cook the potatoes in salted boiling water until still firm but cooked through, about 8 minutes
- I lb. potatoes, halved
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp. horseradish
- oil for frying
- 1/4 cup chives, chopped
