Ingredients

  • 2

    eggs

  • pinch of salt

  • 12 oz. bottle of beer

  • 3/4 to 1

    cup flour

Directions

Stir eggs slightly to break yolks. Add beer and salt (gently). Add flour, keeping it lumpy. Flour and season fish and then dip fish into batter. Drop into hot fat. I also use this recipe for chicken. 1/2 of this recipe is enough for an average sized fryer.
