Party Meatballs

Preheat oven 400. Line baking pans with foil and spray with cooking spray
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 8 slices bacon, crumbled (1/2 c)
- 1/2 c bread crumbs
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 c basil
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/4 c yogurt or sour cream
Cheesy Tots

Place baking sheet in oven and preheat it to 425
- 2-1/2 c left over mash potatoes
- 1/4 c finely shredded Parmesan or sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 T flour
- 2 T chopped chives
- 1-1/4 c panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1 t srirachi
Easy Crescent Taco Bake

Heat oven to 375. Unroll dough, separate into 8 triangles
- 1-8 oz. can crescent rolls
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 c salsa
- 2 T taco seasoning mix (1 oz. package)
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
Party Ryes

Mix together all ingredients except bread
- 1 c Swiss cheese, finely grated
- 1/2 c bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1-4 1/2 oz. Can of minced chopped black olives
- 1/4 c minced green onions
- 1 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1/2 c miracle whip
- Loaf of party rye bread
Popovers

Sift flour, salt, beat eggs, add milk, butter and dry ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1/4 t salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 c milk
- 1 t melted shortening
Trisha Yearwood's Slow Cooker Chocolate Candy

Put the peanuts in the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker
- 2 pounds salted dry-roasted peanuts
- 4 ounces German's sweet chocolate (about 4 squares)
- One 12-ounce package semisweet chocolate chips (about 2 cups)
- 2 1/2 pounds white almond bark or candy quick
Applesauce Nut Bread

Combine first three ingredients, eggs and milk
- Topping:
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c applesauce
- 1/3 vegetable oil
- 1 t baking soda
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 3 t milk
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 1/4 packed brown sugar
- 1/4 t cinnamon
Yogurt Dill Sauce

Mix together all ingredients and serve immediately
- 2/3 c plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 c sour cream
- 1/4 c chopped fresh dill
- 1-1/2 t white wine vinegar
- 1 t lemon juice
- 3/4 c t kosher salt
- 1/2 t pepper
Sugared Bacon Wrapped Smokies

Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with cooking spray
- Nonstick Cooking Spray
- 1-16 oz. pkg. small cooked smoked sausage links
- 15 slices bacon, cut crosswise in thirds
- 3/4 c packed brown sugar
Spinach, Potato and Cheddar Frittata

FOR THE FRITTATA Steam the potatoes until barely tender, about 5 minutes; set aside
- FOR THE FRITTATA
- 1/4 pound unpeeled red new potatoes, cut into 1/3-inch chunks
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 4 ounces spinach, washed and dried
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
- 2 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
- FOR THE MARINARA SAUCE
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- One 35-ounce can whole peeled Italian tomatoes with their juices, crushed by hand
- Pinch of sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
