Pull Apart Bread with Cream Cheese Sauce

Preheat oven to 350. Melt 4 T butter in small saucepan until butter smells nutty, 3-4 mins
- 8 T (1 stick) unsalted butter, divided
- 1 c sugar
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 2 (1 lb) loaves frozen bread dough, thawed and briefly kneaded together
- 1 c golden raisins
- 4 oz. cream cheese, room temp
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1/2 t vanilla
Fresh Pea and Ricotta Tartine

Whisk ricotta and a medium bowl for 30 seconds; season with salt and pepper

White BBQ Sauce
