Sweet and Tangy Meatballs

In a slow cooker combine all ingredients and bring to simmer
- 1-1/2 c Smucker's strawberry jam
- 1 c bbq sauce
- 2 lbs. (1/3 bag) Casa Di Bertacchi Authentic Italian Style Meat Balls
Applesauce Apple Butter

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
- 23 oz jar natural unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 c frozen apple juice concentrate un diluted
- 1 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t allspice
- 1/8 t ground cloves
Garlic-Rosemary Marinade

And shallow bowl, combine all ingredients
- 1/2 c Red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
- 4 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 Bayleaf
- 1 t kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Bacon Pickle Fries

Preheat oven to 425. Wrap each pickle spear with bacon and place on cookie sheet, seam side down
- 12 pickle spears
- 12 strips of bacon
- 1/4 c ranch dressing
Gooey Butter Bars

Preheat oven to 350. Line 9x13" pan with parchment, set aside
- 1-1/2 c flour
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- 2/3 c butter softened
- 1-1/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c light corn syrup
- 1 egg
- 1/2 t almond extract
- 1 c flour
- 2/3 c half and half
- 3 c sliced and/or halved fresh strawberries
- 2 T honey
- 1 t grated ginger
Easy Lemon Cookies

- 18.25 oz. pkg lemon cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c vegetable oil
- 1 t lemon extract
- 1/3 c powdered sugar
Apple Nut Bread

Combine first 6 ingredients
- 1/2 c shredded carrots, packed
- 1 c applesauce
- 1/2 c corn oil
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c sugar
- 2 c flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 t cinnamon
Cucumber Tea Sandwiches

Spread bread slices with cheese
- 12 Very thin slices of white bread
- 5.3 ounce container so my soft cheese with garlic and find herbs
- 2 cups of Finley sliced cucumbers
- 6 radishes, Finley sliced
- 3/4 cup fresh basil, dill, and or oregano
Caramelized Brown Sugar Pears

- 3 firm ripe Bosc pears, peeled, halved lengthwise and cored
- 2 T unsalted butter
- 2 T light brown sugar
- 1/4 t kosher salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- Vanilla ice cream
Spicy Mayo Sauce
