Glazed Meatloaf

Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, 1 t lemon juice and mustard powder
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c lemon juice, divided
- 1 t mustard powder
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 3 slices bread, broken into small pieces
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 t beef buillon granules
BBQ Sauce

Mix all together
- 1 jar strained peaches baby food
- 1 C ketchup
- 4 T brown sugar
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
Cheese Ball Bites

1. In a large nonstick skillet, cook bacon until crispy, 8 minutes
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 1/2 oz. (8-oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. shredded cheddar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 c. freshly chopped chives
- 1/3 c. finely chopped pecans
- 18 pretzels sticks
Dark Chocolate and Bacon Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 375 and brew coffee
- 12 slices of bacon
- 2 c flour
- 3/4 c + 1 T unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 c sugar
- 2 t baking soda
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 t sea salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 c strong brewed coffee, cold
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
Baked 5-Cheese Pasta Shells

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat
- 1 lb. uncooked pasta shells
- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
- 6 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1 inch pieces (about 1 cup)
- 4 oz. fontina cheese, shredded (about 1 cup)
- 3/4 cup fresh ricotta cheese
- 3 oz. pecorino Romano cheese, grated (about 3/4 cup)
- 3 oz. blue cheese, crumbled (about 3/4 cup)
- 1-14.5 ounce can crushed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 T finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 t kosher salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 large scallion, thinly slice (about 2 tablespoons)
Pork Tenderloin and Potatoes

For Potatoes Peel 1" strip around center of potato, toss in ziploc bag with other ingredients
- For Potatoes
- 2 lbs. new potatoes
- 1/4 c melted butter
- 2 T horseradish
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- For Pork
- 1-1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
- 1/2 c fine bread crumbs
- 1/3 c chopped fresh basil
- 3 T olive oil
- Pepper to taste
- 3 T chopped fresh thyme (much less if dried)
- 2 T chopped fresh parsley (much less if dried)
Balsamic Soy Marinade

In shallow bowl, combine all ingredients
- 1/2 c Balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 chopped scallions
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Stringy Roast Beef

Take roast out of freezer for about 1 hour
- Chuck Roast, frozen
- 1 pkg. Dry onion soup mix
Bolognese

In a 4 qt. Dutch oven, heat butter and olive oil over medium high heat
- 2 T butter
- 1 T olive oil
- 4 oz. pancetta, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 c)
- 2 medium carrots, chopped (1 c)
- Celery, chopped (1 c)
- 3 lbs. ground beef
- 2 c dry white or red wine
- 1-1/2 c whole milk
- 1/8 t ground nutmeg
- 1-28 oz can whole tomatoes, cut up and undrained
- 1 Parmesan cheese rind (1-2")
Tomato Pizza Sauce

- 1 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1 t salt
- 5 fresh basil leaves, torn and bruised
