Seeded Crunch Bars

Line 8" square pan with parchment paper
- 1/4 c chia seeds
- 1/4 c hemp seeds
- 12 oz. milk chocolate chips (2 c)
- 12 oz. Semisweet chocolate chips (2 c)
- 1-1/2 c puffed rice cereal
- 1 t flaky sea salt
BBQ Sauce

Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse to combine
- 2 T onion powder
- 2 T garlic powder
- 1-6 oz. can tomato paste
- 2 T paprika
- 2/3 c apple cider vinegar
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c packed dark brown sugar
- 2 T honey
- 2 T maple syrup
- 2 T kosher salt
- 2 T black pepper
Fried Chicken Biscuits with Red Pepper Jelly

Preheat oven to 425. Whisk flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl
- 3 c flour
- 1 T and 1 t baking powder
- 1 T sugar
- 2 t kosher salt
- 1/2 c unsalted butter plus more for serving
- 1-1/2 c buttermilk
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- Red pepper jelly for serving

- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 2 c buttermilk

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Heat oil in a large skillet over med-high heat
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 1-1/2 pounds round steak, cubed
- 1/4 c flour
- 2 cans of golden mushroom soup
- 3-1/2 c water
- 1 T sherry or Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 cubes beef bouillon
- 1 c sour cream
- 1-16 oz. pkg. egg noodles
Chocolate Sheet Cake and Frosting

- 2-1/3 c flour
- 2 c sugar
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 c butter
- 1-1/4 c water
- 4 T cocoa
- 1/2 c buttermilk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 t vanilla
- Frosting
- 1/2 c butter
- 4 T cocoa
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts and pecans
- 6 T buttermilk
- 1 t vanilla
BBQ Triscuit Nachos

1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2
- 1 box TRISCUIT Crackers
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. Chopped red onion
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 c. shredded rotisserie chicken
- 3/4 c. barbecue sauce, plus more for drizzling
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1 c. Shredded Monterey Jack
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. pickled jalapeños
Kentucky Spoon Bread

Melt butter and mix with muffin mix
- 1 stick butter
- 8 oz pkg corn muffin mix
- 8 oz can corn, drained
- 8 oz can cream corn
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 eggs slightly beaten

- 1 stick unsalted butter, cut into chunks
- 12 oz. semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 4 c cornflakes
- 1/3 c shredded sweetened coconut
- 1/3 c chopped dried cherries or cranberries
- 1/3 c chopped dried apricots
- 1/3 c coarsely chopped toasted slivered almonds or walnuts
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/3 c chocolate coated candy pieces
