- 1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 5 slices cheddar cheese, quartered
- 6 leaves Bibb lettuce, torn into large pieces
- 1 small jar dill pickle chips
- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes
Molasses Oat Cookies

Sift together the first 6 ingredients
- 1-1/4 c flour
- 3/4 t baking soda
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t ginger
- 1-1/2 c quick oats
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 c raisins
- 1/2 c molasses
- 1 c chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 325. Cream butter and both sugars in mixer on medium until smooth, about 3 mins
- 1 c unsalted butter, softened
- 2 c packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 t vanilla
- 1-1/4 c flour
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 t salt, divided
- 3 c oats
- 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
Sloppy Joes

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 green pepper, optional
- 2 T sugar
- 2 T prepared mustard
- 1 T vinegar
- 3/4 c ketchup
- 1 t salt

- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 8 cups rice and corn cereals, mixed
- 1 cup salted roasted peanuts
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
Cobb Salad Grilled Chicken

In a small bowl stir together onion, vinegar, mustard, and a pinch of salt; let stand for at least 30 minutes
- 1 c chopped red onion
- 3 T red wine vinegar
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, pounded to 3/4" thickness
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 hard cooked eggs, peeled and halved
- 1 ripe avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and sliced
- 2 oz. blue cheese
- 1 Head romaine lettuce torn into 8-10 cups
- 6 slices bacon, crisp and coarsely crumbled

Heat 3 tablespoons oil in large pot over medium high heat
- 10 T olive oil, divided
- 4 red bell peppers, seeded and chopped
- 2 yellow onions, chopped
- 2 heads garlic, cloves peeled
- 2-1/4 t kosher salt, divided
- 2 eggplants, chopped
- 1/4 c loosely packed fresh oregano leaves
- 2 T fresh thyme leaves
- 4 pints cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered if large
- 2 t red wine vinegar
- 1 t pepper
Quick Strawberry Cider Jam

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
