- 1 recipe Pizza Dough
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup favorite Buffalo Sauce
- 2 cups fresh mozzarella

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled

Directions Coat a large saute pan with olive oil, add the onions and bring to a medium-high heat

- 1 large onion, 1/4-inch dice

- 4 (28-ounce) cans Italian plum San Marzano tomatoes

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup Splenda
- 1/4 cup sugar alcohol (I'd use erythritol now, but I originally used maltitol)
- 1 tablespoon blackstrap molasses (or dark molasses)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 cup vanilla whey protein powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Chicken Canzanese-Cook's Illustrated

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 ounces prosciutto (1/4 inch thick), cut into 1/4-inch cubes (see note)
- 4 medium garlic cloves , sliced thin lengthwise
- 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (about 3 pounds), trimmed of excess fat and skin
- Ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons unbleached all-purpose flour
- 2 cups dry white wine
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 4 whole cloves
- 1 (4-inch) sprig fresh rosemary , leaves removed and minced fine (about 1/2 teaspoon), stem reserved
- 12 whole fresh sage leaves

In a small sauce pan, dissolve sugar in 1 cup of the lemon juice, only heating until sugar is dissolved
- 2 cups strained lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light cream (half n’ half)
- 1 cup milk (low fat is fine)
- this was much too sour, next time I'll decrease lemon by half. Try equal portions of everything.
Hot Chocolate w/ swt cond milk*****

- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 oz unsweet bakers chocolate
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp vanilla

- Ingredients
- 1 whole 2.5 To 4 Pound Chuck Roast
- 1/4 cups Butter
- 1 whole Large Onion, Sliced Thick
- 3 cloves Garlic, Peeled
- 1/2 cups Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Sherry (cooking Sherry Is Fine)
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 4 cups Water
- Toasted, Buttered Deli Rolls
- OPTIONAL: Rosemary, Thyme, Other Spices
