Ingredients

  • 2

    cans chickpeas

  • 1/2

    red onion

  • 1/2

    bunch cilantro

  • 2

    cloves garlic

  • 1

    lime

  • 2

    T olive oil

  • 1

    tsp cumin

  • 1/8

    tsp cayene

  • 1/4

    tsp salt

Directions

-Rinse and drain chickpeas. -Chop cilantro, dice onion and mince garlic. -Prepare dressing using lime, cumin, salt, cayenne and oil. -Mix everything together in large bowl. -Refrigerate to help flavors meld.
