Spinach and Feta Dip

Directions: In the bowl of a food processor, pulse the garlic until finely chopped
- Ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise*
- 3/4 cup sour cream*
- 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest
- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- Ground black pepper, to taste
Greek Cucumber Salad

Caramel-Coconut Fudge Brownies

- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chewy caramel candies (20 candies), unwrapped
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut, toasted

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 6 oz Gruyere swiss cheese(grated)
