Trim Healthy Ketchup THM-FP

Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl, transfer to a glass jar, cover, keep refrigerated
- 1 6-oz can Tomato Paste
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vineger (or red wine or white vinegar)
- 1 tsp Mineral Salt
- 1/3 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Super Sweet Blend, or 2-3 doonks Pure Stevia Extract

1. Line an 8x8 glass square pan with plastic wrap or spray an 8x8 silicon pan with oil
- 1 cup Lily's chocolate chips
- 5 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup Gentle Sweet or 1/2 cup confectioners swerve or powdered xylitol
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

- Other ingredient options:
- 12 eggs
- sea salt
- black pepper
- chicken or turkey
- turkey or chicken sausage
- bacon bits
- grated cheese (2 cups)
- chopped onion, red peppers, garlic,
- sliced green onion
- veggies such as spinach, broccoli, zucchini, tomatoes, etc.
- sliced tomatoes on top sprinkled with salt, pepper, Italian seasonings
Buttah Chicken~THM-S

1. Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of the crockpot
- 2 1/2 lbs thawed and drained boneless chicken thighs
- 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 4 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 1/2 tsp mineral salt
- 1 doonk pure stevia extract
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 Tbsp butter or coconut oil
- 1 large onion, diced or 1 1/2 cups seasoning blend (frozen diced onion, celery, peppers)
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 (24 1/2 oz) can petite diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- NOTE: DF if use coconut milk instead of yogurt & cream, and coconut oil instead of butter

- 1 and 1/3 cup pitted dates (200g)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp plus 1/16 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp regular cocoa powder (or Dutch-processed for more of a “cookie” taste)
- coconut butter or raw cashew butter
- sweetener of choice, if a sweeter filling is desired

- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut butter (they sell it at Wal-Mart now, by the peanut butter! It's Maranatha brand.)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- Dash of vanilla extract
- 2 "doonks" (1/32 tsp) pure stevia (I have the Kal stevia from before they changed the formula. You could really use any plan-approved sweetener to taste)
- 2-3 Tbsp heavy cream, half and half, or almond milk
