  • 1 1 1 spaghetti squash
  • olive oil

  • 1 1 21 tsp favorite seasoning (I like 21 Salute by Trader Joe’s for this)
  • 1 1 1 tsp salt
  • I can compliant tomato sauce (I use Trader Joe’s for this one)
  • 2 2 2 tomatoes diced
  • 2 2 2 eggs
