BBQ Turkey Burgers

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl making sure to mix well
- Ingredients:
- 2 Lbs Ground Turkey
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder (optional)
- 1-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1-1/2 tsp. ground sage
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite)
- 6 bulkie rolls
BUTTERNUT SQUASH HOME FRIES (WHOLE 30)

1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 medium butternut squash, cubed (7-8 cups, cubed)
- 2 tbsp. fat (recommend duck fat but could substitute avocado oil, ghee, or coconut oil)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper

In a large bowl, toss pork with mustard until lightly coated
- 2 pounds boneless pork, trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2-1/3 cups chicken broth
- 4 to 5 small onions, quartered
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
Spaghetti Squash + Meatball Casserole~Whole 30

A paleo casserole that combines two favorites, spaghetti and meatballs
- 1 1 1 spaghetti squash
- olive oil
- 1.5 1.5 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1 1 1 lb ground pork
- 2 2 2 TBSP. chopped basil
- 1 1 1 TBSP. ghee
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 onion finely chopped
- 3 3 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 1 1 21 tsp favorite seasoning (I like 21 Salute by Trader Joe’s for this)
- 1 1 1 tsp salt
- I can compliant tomato sauce (I use Trader Joe’s for this one)
- 2 2 2 tomatoes diced
- 2 2 2 eggs

- 1 cup raw cashews or macadamia halves (120g)
- 1 1/3 cups milk of choice (320g)
- 3 1/2 tbsp blackstrap or regular molasses (50g)
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- scant 1/4 tsp salt
- just over 1/16 tsp pure stevia, or 3 extra tbsp sugar of choice
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

- 2 cans full-fat coconut milk, refrigerated 24 hours or until the cream separates**
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar or honey, to taste (to make unrefined powdered sugar, grind granulated sugar of choice in coffee grinder until it’s a fine powder)
- pinch of salt (optional)
- Vanilla Stevia, to taste (I usually add 3 drops)
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
