Tangy Bacon Salad Dressing

Whisk sugar, vinegar, catsup and Worcestershire together
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/3 cup catsup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1 small onion, diced
Paleo Pancakes

1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend
- 4 eggs
- 2 bananas (mine were banana-bread ripe)
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 Tbs almond butter (MaraNatha is my go-to baking almond butter)
- 1 Tsp vanilla
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 1/2 Tsp sea salt
- 1/2 Tsp cinnamon
Roasted Vegetable and Ricotta Pizza

- 1 pound refrigerated fresh pizza dough
- 2 cups sliced cremini mushrooms
- 1 cup (1/4-inch-thick) slices zucchini
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium red onion, cut into thick slices
- 5 1/2 teaspoons olive oil, divided
- 1 tablespoon yellow cornmeal
- 1/3 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/3 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons small fresh basil leaves
Velveeta Spicy Chicken Spaghetti

Cook pasta as directed on package; drain
- 12 oz spaghetti, uncooked
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about1 1/4lbs), cut into strips
- 1 pound (16oz) Velveeta cheese, cut up
- 1 can (10 3/4oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10 oz)diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 1 can (4 1/2oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/3 cup milk
BLT Bread Salad

- 6 ounces French bread baguette, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- Cooking spray
- 4 slices hickory-smoked bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 6 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 1 1/2 pounds plum tomatoes, cut into 1/2-inch wedges
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
Indian-Spiced Braised Chicken

1. In a slow cooker, stir together chicken, onions, tomatoes, tomato paste, ginger, garlic, coriander, and cayenne
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 medium onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 2 T tomato paste
- 1 T grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp garam masala (optional)
- cooked white rice
