- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 3/4 cup chopped green onions, divided
- 6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

Orange Surprise Smoothie

- 3/4 C 100% orange juice
- 1-2 handfuls of greens
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1/2 lime, peeled
- 1/2 avocado
Cranberry Sauce

Boil all ingredients all together until cranberries begin to pop
- 1 bag cranberries
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 6 cloves
- apple juice/cider
- orange zest
- sugar to taste
Cole Slaw Dressing

- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Chicken Cherry Pasta Salad

Directions Heat oil over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 (2.25 pound) package frozen boneless skinless chicken breast strips
- 1 (16 ounce) package dry gnocchi or shell pasta
- 3/4 cup thinly sliced celery
- 3/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 (5 ounce) package dried cherries
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 1 1/4 cups creamy style poppyseed dressing
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups baby spinach, stems removed
- 1 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- curly leaf lettuce
Stuffed Baked Potatoes Recipe

Scrub and pierce potatoes
- 5 medium baking potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Crumbled cooked bacon and chopped green onion

- 1-2 handfuls of kale (stem removed if using large kale leaves)

Combine ground turkey, cheese and all seasonings
- 20 ounces lean ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- 1/2 teaspoon basil,, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano,, dried
- 1 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 16 dinner or slider rolls
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon honey Dijon mustard
Crispy Southwest Chicken Wraps

Mix rice together with chili powder, cumin and garlic salt
- 1 cup cooked rice, warm or at room temperature
- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 green onion, finely sliced (white and green parts)
- 1/2 red or green pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 cups shredded cheese (I used a combination of monterey jack and sharp cheddar)
- Sour cream (optional)
- 6 burrito-sized flour tortillas
