Garlic & Herb Breadsticks

To make the dough: Start by measuring honey into a liquid measuring cup
- 4 cups Bread Flour, plus more for kneading
- 1-3/4 cup warm Water {110-115 degrees}
- 1 envelope of Highly Active Dry Yeast
- 2 teaspoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil, plus more for oiling bowl
- 2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1 stick Unsalted Butter, softened at room temperature
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parmesan, grated
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, minced
- 2 large Garlic Cloves, pressed through a garlic press or minced finely
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
Summer Corn Salad with Asparagus

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-low heat and lightly oil grate
- 6 ears corn, husk and silk removed
- 1 bunch asparagus spears, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (7 ounce) jar roasted sweet red peppers, drained and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 basil leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- salt and black pepper to taste
Slow Cooker Creamy Turkey Ragu

1. Coat slow cooker with cooking spray
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4-1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 pkg (20 oz) lean ground turkey
- 2/3 cup Philadelphia Italian and Herb cooking cream
- 1 box rotini
- fresh basil for garnish
Strawberry Orange Green Smoothie

Soak the cashews in the blender for about 10 minutes
- 3/4 C of almond milk, water, or coconut water
- 1-2 handfuls greens
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1/2 banana
- 3 large strawberries
- 2 Tbsp raw cashews
- 1/2 C ice
Cranberry Jello Salad

Mix the jello and water and let chill until semi-set
- 1 (3 oz) pkg strawberry jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 3 golden delicious apples, chopped
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (12 oz) pkg whole cranberries, crushed in food processor
- 2/3 cup sugar
Cream Cheese Spaghetti

Preheat oven to 350 F degrees
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 (28 ounce) jars prepared spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Flo's Potato Salad

Mix all ingredients
- 3 pound new potatoes, quartered, cooked until tender and cooled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Creole or whole grain mustard
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup finely chopped red onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 6 large hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1/2 pound cooked crispy bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions, green part only
Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

Put chicken and marinade in the crock pot on low for 6 hours
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 bottle Lawry's mesquite marinade with lime juice
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, drained and pulsed in food processor or blender
- 1 (8 oz) pkg 1/3 less fat cream cheese, cut up and softened
- 8 (8″) flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Pepper Jack cheese
- 1 pint half and half (or whipping cream)
Blueberry Chia Power Smoothie

Let chia seeds and water sit for 10 minutes
- 3/4 C almond milk, water, or coconut water
- 1-2 handfuls of greens
- 1 C fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 Tbsp chia seed gel (1 Tbsp chia seeds stirred into 1/4 C water)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Whole Wheat Banana Bread/Muffins

- 2 1/4 cup whole-wheat flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil (I used coconut oil)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
