Meat Lovers Quiche

A great quiche for the meat lovers in your life
- 1 homemade or store bought single-crust pie dough
- 6 large eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/4 teas salt
- 1/8 teas black pepper
- 4 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 c cooked ground sausage
- 1/2 c diced ham
- 2 large green onions, chopped
- 1 c shredded cheese
Strawberry Muffins

Since I live in Strawberry City these are great muffins
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 teas baking powder
- 1 teas baking soda
- 1/2 teas salt
- 1 1/2 c buttermilk
- 1/3 c melted butter
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 teas vanilla
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- Additional sugar for topping
Pork Tenderloin with Gravy

Easy week night dinner and great with mashed potatoes
- 1 envelope brown gravy
- 1/2 c water
- 3 T soy sauce
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
Bread Ring Appetizer

A great looking appetizer made with french bread dough
- Filling:
- 1 6 1/2 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 1/3 c sliced deli hard salami, chopped
- 1/3 c red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c ripe olives, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- This will be mixed together to make the filling.
- 2 pkgs french bread dough in the tubes (Pillsbury)
Sheperd's Pie with a english twist

Adding Worcestershire sauce to the meat gives this pie a English taste
- 2 lbs beef, turkey, or lamb
- 2 large carrots, finely chopped
- 2 celery ribs, finely chopped
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 T flour
- 1 T minced fresh sage
- 1 T minced fresh thyme
- 2 tsp minced fresh rosemary
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 chicken broth
- 1 c frozen peas
- 2 1/2 c mashed potatoes with added milk and butter
- can top potatoes with 1/2 shredded cheese if desired
Cranberry Nut Bread or Muffins

Orange juice gives this bread a great flavor
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 3/4 sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 T shortening
- 1/2 c chopped nuts
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/4 c orange juice
- 1 T grated orange peel
- 1 1/2 c cranberries, chopped
Grilled mustard and rosemary chicken thighs

- 1/2 c Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
- 1 c olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 T plus 1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
- Freshly ground pepper
- 12 chicken thighs
- 6 small zucchini

Frozen Pudding Sandwiches

- 1 1/2 c cold milk
- 1/2 c creamy peanut butter
- 1 pkg. (4 serving) Jello instant pudding(vanilla or chocolate)
- 24 graham crackers or chocolate wafers
T-Bone steaks with herbed peppercorn crust

These steaks are great grilled with this herb crust
- Seasoning:
- 2 T-Bone steaks
- 1 teas freshly ground mixed peppercorns
- Kosher salt
- 2 T chopped fresh parsley
- 2 T chopped fresh thyme
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teas freshly ground mixed peppercorns
Roasted Cauliflower

Roasted cauliflower is like eating popcorn
- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 sliced medium onion
- 1 tsp or more of dried thyme or 4 sprigs of fresh(you can put as much thyme on as you like)
- 3 T olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
