- Topping:
- 2 one-pound cans of sweet potatoes (drain and mash)
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar

- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup packed golden brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Pasta with Pesto Cream Sauce - Pioneer Woman

Cook pasta until al dente
- 3/4 cups Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Pine Nuts
- 2 cloves Garlic, Peeled
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan (additional)
- 12 ounces, weight Pasta (cavitappi, Fusili, Etc.)
- 2 whole Tomatoes, Diced

- Greens:
- 1 5-ounce bag (or 4 handfuls) fresh spring greens or mesclun mix
- 1/4 pound (or a handful) fresh sugar snap peas, coarse chopped

- Salmon Roast:
- 4 small wild salmon steaks (cut 1-inch thick, or filets), or other firm-fleshed fish (organic if possible)
- Good tasting extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
- 3 large garlic cloves, sliced paper thin
- 12 fresh basil leaves, torn into large pieces
- 2/3 cup dry white wine
- Wedges of fresh lemon

- 1/2 cup Salted Butter (1 stick)
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 12-ounce bag good quality semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup salted cashews, roughly chopped
- Other sprinkles (optional)
- The number of crackers is dependent on the size of the pan.
- 10 x15 rimmed baking sheet = 40 crackers
- Half sheet pan = 60 crackers
