Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 one-pound cans of sweet potatoes (drain and mash)
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup packed golden brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients in mixing bowl and beat until smooth and creamy. Pour into a buttered 12 by 15 casserole dish.
Cut remaining ingredients together with a pastry cutter to make a crumble and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° for 40-60 minutes, until hot and browned.
