Chocolate Chip Waffled Cookies

Beat together butter, sugars, and egg until light and fluffy
- 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1 cup brown sugar lightly packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg at room temperature
- 2 Teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Buffalo Chicken Mozzarella Sticks

Line an 8x8-inch (20 x 20-cm) baking dish with parchment paper
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 oz dry ranch dressing mix, 1 packet
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups seasoned bread crumbs
- peanut or vegetable oil, for frying
- ranch dressing, for serving

- 1 flour tortilla wrap, 8"
- 1 stalk celery, finely sliced
- 1 TBS T. Marzetti Baja Ranch salad dressing

Dutch Oven Beef Stew Recipe

A day or two before going camping or cooking in a container mix your meat in some olive oil and season your meat
- 3 Lbs Beef Stew Meat
- 2 lbs Baby potatoes
- 1/2 lb baby carrots
- Red Onion
- Celery
- 2 Cans Beef Broth
- Montreal Steak seasoning
- Johnnys Seasoning Salt
- Garlic Salt
- Olive oil

Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 32-oz. pkg. frozen diced hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 med. onion, chopped
- 1 4-oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
- 1 C. frozen whole kernel corn
- 1 C. black beans,rinsed and drained
- 1/2 C. red bell peppers, diced
- 1 16-oz. container sour cream
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 C. cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 C. heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz. Mexican Style Velveeta Cheese, cubed
- 2 C. shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
- 2 C. Tortilla chips (gold or black) crushed

Heat pan drippings in a large skillet over medium heat; gradually add flour and stir until golden brown
- 3 tablespoons turkey drippings
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups turkey stock
- 1/4 cup cooked turkey giblets, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- salt to taste

For the filling: Drain the cherries well
- For the crust
- 1/4 cup ice water
- 2 cup all purpose flour, spooned and leveled
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter, COLD*
- 6 tablespoons butter-flavored Crisco
- 1/2 of a large egg, beaten
- For the filling
- 3 (14.5 ounce) cans TART cherries (about 4 cups)**
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup quick-cooking tapioca
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, cut into chunks
- For the top
- milk, for brushing the crust
- 1 tablespoon coarse sugar
Ultimate Corckpot Nacho Dip

- 1 lb ground beef
- dash salt
- dash pepper
- dash onion powder
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 (16 oz) jars salsa
- 15 ox refried beans
- 1 1/2 Cup sour cream
- 3 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- I added a 1/2 cup of Cheese Whiz which is optional but gave a bit more flavor.

- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 10 slices white cheddar cheese
