- 15 OREO Cookies, crushed (about 1-1/2 cups)
- Assorted decorations: 3 CAMEO Creme Sandwich Cookies, decorating gel, 5 candy pumpkins, 10 candy corn pieces

- 2/3 cups lemon juice
- 60 grams butter
- 6 egg yolks
- Meringue
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 cup castor sugar
Zucchini Pie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 3 cups zucchini, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup buttermilk baking mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- ground black pepper to taste

Taco Salad

Prepare the ground beef as directed by taco seasoning package and set aside
- 16 ounces lean ground beef
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 avocados - peeled, pitted, and cubed
- 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) package corn chips
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle Catalina salad dressing

- 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 30 NILLA Wafers
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 1 (8 oz) tub thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

- 1 Cup rice
- 2 Cups Water
- 3 Eggs-separated
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 4 Cups milk
- 1 tsp vanilla

Zucchini Nut Bread

in a 2 quart mixing bowl, beat the eggs well
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 cup salad oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups zucchini, grated or shredded
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp bakng soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
Chicken Pasta Salad

- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons dill
- 1 Cup Mayo
- 1/2 cup wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1/2 Canola oil
- salt/ pepper to taste
- 8 oz pasta of choice (cooked)
- 1 cup Cubed cooked chicken
- red/green peppers, chopped
- scallions, thinly sliced
- red onions, Chopped
