- 1 Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crust (from 15-oz box), softened as directed on box
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 1 package (6 oz) white chocolate baking bars, chopped
- 1 bag (10 or 12 oz) frozen whole raspberries, thawed, juice reserved
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup fresh raspberries, if desired
- 2 oz semisweet baking chocolate, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Spicy Garlic Shrimp

In a sauce pan, over medium heat, warm the olive oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 large cloves of garlic, finely minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 lbs Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons sherry
- 1 Tablespoons paprika
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 pkg fettuccine
- marinara sauce (optional)
Ham 'N Eggs Brunch Braid

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place cream cheese and milk in Classic Batter Bowl
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 eggs, divided
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Dash ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbls sliced green onions with tops
- 1 tsp butter or margarine
- 2 (8 oz) pkg refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/4 lb thinly sliced deli ham
- 2 oz cheddar cheese, shredded (1/2 cup)
Pumpkin- Pecan Drops

Heat oven to 400. Mix brown sugar, shourtening, eggs, and pumpkin
- 1 1/2 Cups packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 can (16 0z) pumpkin
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Rice Pudding

Combine first 3 ingredients in a double boiler
- 1/2 gallon milk
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
Pistachio Ice Cream

Mix the milk and sugar with a mixer on low speed until well combined
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk, chilled
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 cups Heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 1/2 shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
Mexican lasagna

Brown beef, onion and garlic Add tomato sauce and chili power, salt and pepper, Heat thoroughly
- 2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 2-3 Tablespoons chili powder
- salt and pepper
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Brownie shortcake dessert

PreHeat oven to 350 Prepare brownie batter as directed, stir in 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg brownie mix
- 1 (16 oz) container Sour Cream, divided
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1 Tablespoon Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups cut up mixed strawberries and blueberries.
Four Bean Salad

In a large salad bowl, combine all of the beans, green pepper and onions
- 1 (16 oz) can Green beans, drained
- 1 (16 oz) can Wax beans, drained
- 1 (16 oz) can Garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (16 oz) can Kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup slivered green pepper
- 8 green onions, sliced
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Summer Fresh Corn Salad

- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil leaves
