Apple Scone Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and place rack in center of oven
- Filling:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 granulated white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cold and cut into pieces
- 2 large eggs, divided
- 1/2 cup milk, divided
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 pound Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored, and cut into 1 inch chunks
- 2 tablespoons granulated white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Apple crisp cake

Preheat oven to 350. Remove 1/4 cup of the bread mix and set aside
- 1 Package (17.4 oz) cinnamon swirl quick bread and coffee cake mix, divided
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tablespoons butter or margarine, melted and divided
- 4 Medium Granny Smith Apples
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned or quick oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- caramel topping (optional)
- cool whip (optional)
Cinnamon Chip Scones

Preheat oven to 375°F Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar in mixing bowl
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup cinnamon baking chips
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup buttermilk

Spiced Pumpkin & Pecan Scones With Cinnamon Chips

Preheat oven to 400 F Lightly grease a baking tray or line with parchment paper
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon maple extract (optional) or 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1-2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or mixed spice
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup cinnamon baking chips
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or 1-2 teaspoon mixed spice
Cinnamon Pinwheels

Cut margarine into flour with pastry blender
- 1 cup margarine or butter
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 dairy sour cream
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon water
Saltine Stuffing

- 4 Sleeves of Saltine Crackers
- 1 stick butter
- 1 onion chopped
- 4-6 stalks of celery, chopped
- Thyme
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 16 oz Mozzarella cheese, cubed
Summer Fruit Sampler

Arrange Fruit on a platter Combine sour cream, preserves, and fold in cool whip
- 8 cups assorted fresh fruit
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup strawberry preserves
- 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip
Apple Cobbler

Toss apple slices with 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup flour in base of Oval Microwave Cooker
- 7 cups cored, peeled and sliced Apples
- 3/4 c. packed light brown sugar, divided
- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, divided
- 3/4 c. quick-cooking oats
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. cold butter or margarine cut into pieces
- whipped topping or ice cream (optional)
Pumpkin Pie Cake

Mix all above ingredients as you would for pumpkin pie filling and pour into greased 9x13 inch pan
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 lbs butter or margarine
Fruit Trifle

In a medium bowl, fold sour cream and unprepared pudding mix into the whipped topping
- 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (9 inch) angel food cake
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
- 3 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 sprig fresh mint
