Alberta Flank Steak

1. Combine soya sauce, wine, oil and ginger or garlic in a shallow bowl
- 3/4 - 3/4 cup soya sauce
- 3/4 - 3/4 cup red wine
- 3/4 - 3/4 cup oil
- 2 - 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger or crushed garlic
- 2 1/2-3 - 2 1/2-3 lbs flank steaks
Korean Grilled Beef

1. Score the meat deeply crosswise at 1/2-inch intervals
- 3/4 - 3/4 lb skirt steak
- 2 - 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 - 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 - 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 - 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- - salt and freshly ground black pepper
Green Bean Casserole

Combine all ingredients except half of the french fried onions in a 4-6 quart slow cooker
- Preparation:
- 28 oz. pkg. frozen cut green beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 16 oz. container Alfredo cheese sauce
- 2.5 oz. can french fried onions
Italian-Style Meat Loaf

1. Heat oven to 375. Spray 13/9 inch glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 2 eggs
- 1 - 1 (14 ounce) jar pasta sauce
- 1 - 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 - 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 - 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1/2 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 - 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 - 1 (7 1/4 ounce) box Betty Crocker roasted garlic mashed potatoes
- 2 1/2 - 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 - 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Boston Market Cornbread

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and mix all dry ingredients
- 2 (8 1/2 ounce) boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 (18 ounce) box butter recipe cake mix
- 5 eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
Zucchini Bites

1. Heat the oil in a large pan and saute onion until translucent
- 1 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 - 1 finely chopped onion
- 3 - 3 slices rindless bacon, finely sliced
- 1 - 1 large grated carrot
- 1 - 1 large grated zucchini
- 3 - 3 eggs
- 1 - 1 cup grated cheese
- 1/4 - 1/4 cup cream
- 1/2 - 1/2 cup self raising flour

- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 fresh garlic cloves (minced)

1. In a small bowl, combine the pineapple, barbecue sauce, onion and chili sauce
- 1 - 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 - 1 cup honey-flavored barbecue sauce
- 1/3 - 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 - 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 4 - 4 (8 ounce) pork loin chops with bone (3/4 inch thick)

1. In a large saucepan, combine the first 6 ingredients until smooth
- 1/2 - 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 - 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 - 4 cups cubed chicken
- 2 - 2 (5 1/2 ounce) cans pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 - 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
