- 3 large yams, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 4 Tbsp dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- pinch of cloves
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
Boeuf Bourguignon - Classic French Beef Stew Recipe

INSTRUCTIONS The beef. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C)
- 6 oz. (180g) bacon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 lb. (1.4kg) stewing beef, cut into 2-inch cubes
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 cups red wine
- 2-3 cups beef stock
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 20-25 small white onions, peeled (you can also use frozen; defrosted and patted dry)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup brown stock
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter

- 1/2 lb. (225g) fresh mushrooms, left whole if small, quartered if bigger

Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and pour the buttermilk over it all making sure to coat it all over really well
- 12 boneless chicken breast tenderloins or 4 large boneless chicken breasts cut in thirds lengthwise
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers, crushed fine
- 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 Tbs. butter, melted
- seasoned salt
- black pepper
- Cream Sauce
- 1 (10.5 oz.) can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) of unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
- 1 (32 ounce) carton of chicken broth
- Perfect boiled rice
