- 6 bone-in pork chops, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick
- 1/2 cup of vegetable or canola oil (about 1/4")
- 1 cup of self rising flour
- 1/2 cup of cornmeal
- 1/4 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

- 1-2 14.5oz cans sloppy joe sauce (I only use Manwich when it comes to buying it pre made. I normally like generics but find generic sloppy joe sauce to be really bad.)
