- A small pinch coriander
- A small pinch fresh mint
- Rice noodles
- 2 sirloin steaks
- A couple of handfuls of beansprouts
- Half a red onion, sliced really thinly
- Groundnut/vegetable oil for frying
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
