Party Potatoes Deluxe

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, divided
- 1 lb country-style frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup crushed corn flake
3-2-1 CANDY BAR CAKE IN A CUP

Directions In a gallon sized ziplock bag, combine the two boxes of cake mix
- 1 box Angel Food Cake mix
- 1 box chocolate (or vanilla) cake mix
- Non-stick spray (if not using disposable cups)
- Water
- 2 bags of snack size chocolate bars (2-3 bars for each individual cake)
- 1 bottle chocolate and/or caramel syrup
Crock Pot Chicken & Gravy

Season chicken breasts (both sides)with garlic powder, black pepper and just a tad bit of salt
- 2 (0.87 oz.) packets dry chicken gravy mix
- 1 (10.75 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups water
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- garlic powder, salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
- rice, mashed potatoes or noodles to serve over
Pineapple Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce

Dissolve cornstarch in the water, set aside
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 5 tbsp brown sugar
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp pineapple chunks
Zuppa Toscana...a Rustic Sausage and Potato Soup!

Brown the sausage, onion, celery and garlic in a little olive oil
- 1 lb sausage (Italian or regular breakfast sausage works)
- 4-5 medium baking potatoes, washed and sliced with skins on (don't slice them too thin or they will break up too much)
- 3 Knorr chicken bouillon cubes (use 6 of other brands that only make 1 cup of broth)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 Tbs. minced garlic
- 2 Tbs. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
- 6-7 cups water ( enough to cover potatoes in the pot)
- 2 cups half and half
- 4 cups kale or baby spinach (I prefer the spinach)
- grated Parmesan or Romano cheese for garnishing

- 2 cups plus 2 Tbsps flour
- 1-1/2 tsp instant yeast
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter

- 2 Tbsp sugar
