Caprese Sausage Pasta Salad

A refreshing pasta salad that will be perfect for your next picnic or bbq with your friends and family
- 1 box (7.6 oz) Betty Crocker® Suddenly Salad® basil pesto pasta salad mix
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 cup bocconcini (small fresh mozzarella cheese balls)
- 4 precooked smoked Italian sausage links, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
Super Italian Chopped Salad Recipe

In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients
- 3 cups torn romaine
- 1 can (15 ounces) garbanzo beans or chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 jar (6-1/2 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 5 slices deli ham, chopped
- 5 thin slices hard salami, chopped
- 5 slices pepperoni, chopped
- 3 slices provolone cheese, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Pepperoncini, optional
Pickled: Cucumbers, Cauliflower etc.

- 10 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 6 teaspoons kosher salt
- Several sprigs of fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon coriander seed
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 1/2 teaspoon pink peppercorns (if you have 'em)
- For the vegetables:
- 6 Kirby cucumbers, quartered lengthwise
- 6 young spring carrots, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
