- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
- 8 cups cubed angel food cake
- 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
Eggplant Ricotta Bake

Step 1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- 2 large eggplants (1 to 1 1/4 pounds each), sliced lengthwise 3/4 inch thick
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for baking dish
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 1 container (15 ounces) part-skim ricotta cheese (1 2/3 cups)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano (or 2 teaspoons dried)

Brown Sugar Oatmeal Cookies

- 2 sticks (1 Cup) Salted Butter, Softened
- 2 cups Packed Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 bag (5 Pounds) Red Potatoes, Cut Into Chunks

- 1 1/4 cups Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 tablespoons very hot water
- 1/2 lb bulk spicy Italian pork sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup Alfredo pasta sauce (from 16-oz jar)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, cut into strips
Tomato and Corn Risotto

In a large saucepan, heat the water, milk and broth; keep warm
- 2-1/2 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons chicken broth
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup uncooked arborio rice
- 1-1/3 cups fresh corn (about 5 ears of corn)
- 1 medium tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 quart marinara sauce
- 8 ounces sliced dry mozzarella
- 4 ounces grated Romano
Creme Fraiche Lemon Pie

- 3 tbs cornstarch
- 1/2 c butter
- Coarsely chopped zest of 1 lemon
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/4 cup Crème Fraiche
- 1 tbs almond extract
- Topping
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup crème fraiche
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1 tbs almond extract
- 1 deep dish baked pie shell or a graham cracker crust would also work nicely with this recipe.
