Christmas Trash

Mix all ingredients but the white chocolate morsels in a large bowl
- 3 cups Rice Chex
- 3 cups Corn Chex
- 3 cups honey nut Cheerios toasted oat cereal
- 2 cups small pretzels
- 2 cups salted peanuts
- 1 (12 ounce) bagholiday M&M's plain chocolate candy (red & green)
- 1 (12 ounce) bagholiday M&M's peanut chocolate candies
- 2 (12 ounce) bags white chocolate chips
Whipping Cream cake

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened (1 stick)
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 3 cups sifted cake flour (sift first, then measure)
- 1 cup of heavy cream or “heavy whipping cream” (not whipped)

- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- Confectioners' sugar, optional
Ahi Tuna and Salad of Mixed Greens with Wasabi Vinaigrette

Coat your steak with a combination of five-spice powder and grill seasoning or salt and pepper
- 1 ahi tuna steak, 6 ounces
- 2 teaspoons five-spice powder, available on spice aisle
- 1 teaspoon grill seasoning, such as Montreal Steak Seasoning, or salt and coarse pepper
- Cooking spray or vegetable oil, for brushing the grill pan
- 5 ounces, half a sack, mixed prewashed baby salad greens
- 2 radishes, sliced
- 1/4 European cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons -virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Blackened Shrimp Stroganoff

Combine peeled shrimp, oil, and Cajun seasoning in a medium bowl
- 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 6 ounces fettuccini pasta
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped shallots
- 2/3 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 (7 ounce) jar roasted red bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon drained capers

- 6 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup fresh corn kernels
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 2 large carrots, diced
- ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
- 1 cup scallops
- 1 cup uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 pound halibut, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
All Butter Pie Crust

- 2½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) chilled unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

- 1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- 1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
