Sweet Chili Brussels Sprouts

Heat up a skillet and add oil
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb brussels sprouts, cut into halves
- 4 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
BBQ Tofu

Cut tofu cake horizontally (slicing parallel to work surface) into 4 rectangles and press
- 1 package (14 ounces) regular tofu, firm or extra-firm, drained
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon pure chile powder
- Cooking spray
- 4 rolls, split (optional)
Spice Cake Recipe

Combine all together and follow directions on box or in your recipe
- 1 yellow cake mix box
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon allspice or cloves
Chicken Wings

- 1 pkg (4 oz) Italian Classics Diced Pancetta
- 1 pkg (7 oz) Celery & Onions

- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 cartons (32 oz each) Chicken Stock
- 2 large (about 1 3/4 lbs) potatoes, peeled, 1/2-inch dice
- Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper
- 16 oz Jumbo Lump Crabmeat
- 1 sweet red pepper, 1/4-inch dice
- 2 pkgs (16 oz each) Sweet Whole Kernel Corn (Frozen Foods)
- 1 Tbsp Tabasco Pepper Sauce (or to taste)
- 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp chopped Thyme
- 2 cartons (8 oz each)Light Cream

- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp milk
- 3 cups flaked coconut
- 11 oz caramels
- 3 tbsp milk
- 8 oz semisweet chocolate chips

- Cake:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 15 ounces pumpkin puree
- Crumb topping:
- 1/2 stick butter, cold
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp white sugar

Rigatoni with Spicy Shrimp

- Kosher salt
- 12 ounces mezzi rigatoni (or other short pasta)
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 medium shallot or 1/2 small red onion, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine or low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 15-ounce can no-salt-added diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup torn fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped (1 cup)
- 1 large red onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 1/2 green sweet pepper, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups water
- 2 8 ounce bottles clam juice
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay® seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
- 1 1/2 1 1/2
- pounds large shrimp in peeled with tails on
- 1 12 ounce package frozen whole kernel corn
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 8 ounce container mascarpone cheese
- Cheesy Polenta (optional)
- Fresh basil leaves (optional)
