Grilled Flank Steak

1. Combine onion, garlic, wine, soy sauce, honey, oil, Worcestershire sauce, ginger and pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/4 lbs. flank steaks, trimmed of fat
Pecan Pie Bars

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Prepare and bake the cookie crust as follows: Spray a 10x15 inch baking dish with Pam
- Crust:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup butter, softened
- Topping:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups light Karo syrup
- 2 1/2 cups pecan halves (or chopped pecans, if you prefer)

- 1 pound Bob Evans pork sausage with sage
- 1 large Granny Smith apple cut into small pieces or put in a food processor.
Spiced Pork Tenderloin with Sauteed Apples

OK, so I hate cinnamon and nutmeg in savory dishes, but I followed this recipe to a tee and it's great
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 pound pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut crosswise into 12 pieces, then lightly pounded
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 thinly sliced unpeeled Gala or Braeburn apple (I used Gala)
- 1 small onion thinly sliced (Recipe calls for 1/3 cup thinly sliced shallots.)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chicken broth (the original recipe calls for apple cider, but I didn't have any)
- The recipe also calls for 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves which I didn't add.
Pumpkin-Parmesan Biscuits

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

- 1 1/2 pounds sugar snap peas, strings removed
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 ounces pancetta, diced
- 1 large leek (white and light green parts only) halved lenghwise and sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar, or to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- minced zest of 1 lemon
