Basic Marinara Sauce

In a large soup pot, heat up the olive oil
- 2 large yellow onions, peeled and diced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 5-6 cloves of garlic, minced (about 2 Tbsp)
- 2 Tbsp dried herbs (basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, etc)* mixed, total
- 1/2 cup red wine***
- 12 cups peeled and seeded fresh ripe tomatoes**
- salt and pepper to taste
Grain-free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

Preheat your oven to 350°F / 175°C
- 1 1/4 cups canned chickpeas, well-rinsed and patted dry with a paper towel 1
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons (165 grams) natural peanut butter, SunButter or almond butter2
- 1/4 cup (80 grams) honey (commenters have used agave with success!)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder 3
- a pinch of salt if your peanut butter doesn't have salt in it
- 1/2 cup (90 grams) chocolate chips
Chocolate Almond Cherry Crisps

Cover a large baking sheet with wax paper
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups oven-toasted rice cereal (such as Rice Krispies)
- 3/4 cup dried cherries
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Guacamole Deviled Eggs

Remove egg yolks from the halved eggs and place in a small bowl
- 6 hard boiled eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise
- 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic (or 1 tsp minced garlic)
- 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Cilantro (or 2 tsp finely chopped cilantro)
- Smoked Paprika
Low Sugar / No Sugar Strawberry Jam

1. Prepare waterbath canner, jars and lids according to manufacturers instructions, if preserving
- 1 1/3 cups crushed strawberries (wash, hull, then crush one layer at a time using potato masher)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened fruit juice, thawed fruit juice concentrate, or water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Ball® RealFruit™ Low or No-Sugar Needed Pectin
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar, sugar substitute, or honey (or less, depending on taste)
- 2 Ball® or Kerr® Half-pint (8 oz) Jars with lids and bands
