- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
B'Steak - Round [CP] 'Peppers

Cut beef into approximately 1 inch strips
- 2 lbs beef round steak
- 2 Tbs oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 4 tomatoes, cut into eights
- 2 green peppers, cut into strips
- cooked noodles or rice
Casserole - Zuke 'Chilies & Bread Crumbs

1.) In a large saucepan, cook zucchini in boiling water until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes; drain
- 2 medium zucchini, diced
- 1- 1/2 tsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbs milk
- 1 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 1 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 Tbs dry bread crumbs
- 1- 1/2 tsp butter or margarine, melted
Chicken - Breast [SF] 'Szechuan Style'

1.) Cut chicken into 1" cubes
- 2 Chicken Breast
- 1/3 cup Salsa
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Ginger, shredded
- 1 tbsp H2O
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1-1/2 cup Broccoli flowerets
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 Red Pepper, julienned
- 3 tbsp Veggie Oil
- 1 Onion, cut into thin wedges

- 1/4 cup Green Bell Peppers - diced

- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano -crushed
- 1/4 tsp Dried Marjoram - crushed
- 1/4 cup Dried Basil - crushed
- 1/4 cup Garlic - minced
- 2 cups Monterey Jack - shred3
- Salt & Pepper
Asparagus - Grilled

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 Optional veggie
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 (26-ounce) jars tomato-basil pasta sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (20-ounce) package refrigerated four-cheese ravioli
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
