- 6 bone-in blade-cut pork chops , about 1 inch thick

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion , chopped
- 3 garlic cloves , minced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup apple butter
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley

Combine oil, bell pepper, onion, paprika, cumin, cayenne, garlic, and salt in pan

- 1 small red bell pepper , stemmed, seeded, and diced very small (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 small red onion , minced (about 1/3 cup)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 medium cloves garlic , minced or pressed through a garlic press (about 1 tablespoon)
- 1/8 teaspoon table salt

- •1 375g box Penne or Ziti (or other short) pasta (about 4 cups)

- 1 tbsp finely minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 stick butter, at room temp.
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, at room temp.

- 1 cup Soy Sauce (Aloha brand)
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 5 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 Ginger root (2-3 slices, cut thin & lengthwise)
