Dipping Sauce 'Chile

Bring vinegar and sugar to boil in small saucepan, stirring briefly, until sugar dissolves
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar or distilled white vinegar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar , plus 2 additional tablespoons
- 2 medium cloves garlic , minced
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes or 2 teaspoons Thai hot sauce (sriracha sauce)
B'Roast - Rump/Chuck/Sirloin [IP]

For meat that shreds or chunks easily, use a rump or chuck roast
- 4 – 6 pound beef roast, trimmed of excess fat and cut into about 2 pound chunks (see notes about which cut to use: rump, chuck, or sirloin)
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (15 oz) can beef broth
- For the Gravy
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch 3
- tablespoons cold water
- big splash of Worcestershire sauce (a tablespoon or 2)
