Mash and mix first 4 ingredients
- 3 avocados, medium sized
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 2 jalapeno bean dip, regular sized cans
- 1 bunch green onion, no tops
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 no. 2 can black olives chopped
- 1 package cheddar cheese, shredded
Hot Dog Stew

Sweet and Sour Meatballs by Grandma

Combine meat, egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, salt, and pepper to make meatballs
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- 14 ounces ketchup
- water, 1/2 ketchup bottle
- 1 lemon, juice only
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cabbage, small
Pineapple Chicken

Preheat oven to 400. Combine marinade and pineapple in 2 shallow glass casseroles
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups crushed pineapple, undrained

Sweet and Sour Zucchini

- 18 small zucchinis, halved lengthwise and cut into 2 1/2 x 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 teaspoons salt

- 4 large garlic cloves, sliced
- 4 bay leaves

- 1 teaspoon sugar

- 1 No. 1 tall can shoepeg corn, drained
- 1 No. 1 tall can tiny peas, drained
- 1 No. 10 can French cut green beans, drained
- Pimento, small jar drained
- 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup green onions, minced
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 8 cups bowl
- 10 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 5 eggs, separated
- 3 tablespoons creme de cocoa
- 2 tablespoons sugar

Lemon Aasparagus Fettucine

- 1 lb asparagus
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 lb fettuccine
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Black pepper, freshly ground to taste
- zest of 1 lemon
- Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, packed in its own juice
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons diet margarine
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- 2 ounces mozzarella cheese, grated
