Spray pan with Pam. Stir ingredients together
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 1/2 cups All Bran
- 1/4 cups wheat germ
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs beaten
- 4 1/2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 cups dates, seeded and chopped yellow raisins
Pumpkin Bread

Combine sugar and pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Seven Layer Salad

In a glass bowl, layer first 6 ingredients as listed
- lettuce
- celery, chopped
- green pepper, chopped
- water chestnuts
- scallions
- 2 bags frozen pass
- mayonnaise
- garlic powder, a lot
- Lawry's season salt, to taste
- Parmesan cheese
- 8 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- bacon bits, may use fresh bacon
- sliced tomato
Mandel Bread

Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs 1 at a time
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla, or Kahlua
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 cups miniature semisweet chocolate chips.
Wild Rice and Cranberry Salad

Bring water and broth to a boil in large saucepan
- 6 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 1/2 cups wild rice
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 3/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1/2 cup mixed sprouted beans
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons orange peel, grated
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Sherbet Cake

- 22 Oreo cookies
- cool whip
- 3 different colors sherbet
- chocolate sprinkles
Mandel Bread for Passover

Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil and beat
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup Matzoh cake meal
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons potato starch
- 1/4 cup matzoh meal
- 3/4 cup ground walnuts, optional
- 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, optional
Breath Mint Pie

- 6 oz butter
- 6 cups chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs (recommended: Oreo)
- Mint chip ice cream
- 1 lb mint candy, frozen (recommended: Jr. Mints)

- 1 cup chocolate sauce, garnish

- 1 lb Roma tomatoes, peeled and seeded
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups water
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 sprigs fresh oregano
- 2 sprigs fresh parsley
- 2 strips 2 inches long lemon zest
- 1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 lb new potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground pepper
