- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted

Blackberry Jello Mold

- 1 package blackberry jello, large
- 2 cups water
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 sour cream, small carton

Polenta with Tomato and Mozzarella

- 2 cups polenta
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and lightly crushed

- 1/4 lb margarine
- 12 frozen blintzes
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon orange juice

Israeli Couscous Risotto Primavera with Morels

1. In a medium bowl, cover the morels with hot water
- 2 ounces dried morels, rinsed
- 1 cup fresh or frozen green pea
- 1/2 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 3/4 pound baby leeks, trimmed, white and tender green portion only.
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 shallots, minced
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 3 3 /4 cups chicken stock, or canned low sodium broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- 2 cups Israeli couscous
- 1/2 cup Parmesan, freshly grated
- 1 1/2 ounces shaved Parmesan
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 4 fresh chives, coarsely chopped.
Mustard Macaroni and Cheese

1. Heat the oven to 350 2
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 pound penne
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons flour
- 3 tablespoons minced onions
- 1/2 teaspoons white pepepr
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups strong,, freshly brewed espresso
- 1/3 cup coffee liqueur, such as Kahlua (optional)

- 2 pints espresso ice cream
- 2 pints coffee ice cream

- Crust:
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

- Brownie:
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 4 large cold eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Topping:
- 4 cups large marshmallows
