- 5 fried chicken breasts, large and cold
- 1 lettuce, large
- 3/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 3 oz. package chow mein noodles
- 1 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons ketchup

Mix dry ingredients. Cut in margarine
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 pound margarine
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Hershey's Double Mint Chocolate Dessert

Heat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 Mix first 5 ingredients until smooth
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 4 eggs
- 16 ounces chocolate syrup
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
- 3 drops green food coloring, optional
- 6 tablespoons margarine
- 1 cup mint chocolate chips, or semi- sweet

- 5 lbs brisket
- hot mustard
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 shots bourbon
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup beef flavored bouillon

- 3 tablespoons Crisco, solid
- 3 pats butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup strong instant coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup Carnation evaporated milk

- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups yellow cornmeal
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Tangy Pepper-Pecan Brie

1. Preheat oven to 425. Coarsely chop pecans using Chef's Knife
- 1/2 cup pecan halves
- 1 Jalapeno pepper, stemmed and seeded
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1 4-inch round (8 ounces) Brie cheese with rind, room temperature
- 1 loaf (16 ounces) French baguette

- 8 tablespoons slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon Accent

- 3/4 cup salad oil
- 6 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons salt
