In medium saucepan bring chicken broth to a boil
- 14 1/2 ounces canned low sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups instant brown rice
- 2 cups chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup red bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1/2 cup white wine, or chicken broth
- 1/2 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup cashews, chopped

Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Chocolate chop
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 pint sour cream

- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup water, warm

Gay's cheese quiche

Mix together. Bake 1 hour at 350
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 4oz. cans Ortega diced green chilies
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups jack cheese, shredded
- 10 eggs
- 1 dash salt
- 1 pint cottage cheese

- 1 10 oz. can Snappy Tom (tomato cocktail)
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 2 10 oz. cans Snappy Tom
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped

Baked Artichoke Spread

Preheat oven to 325. Place all ingredients in the food processor and puree until smooth
- 8 ounces artichoke hearts, cooked
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, stemmed, seeded and diced
Chicken Tostada

Poach chicken in seasoning mix for 1 hour or until tender
- 2 chicken breasts, halved
- 3 cups water
- 1 package Mexican Rice seasoning mix
- 10 tostada shells, heated
- 1 pound can re fried beans
- 4 cups lettuce, finely shredded
- 4 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups Mexican style cheese, grated
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- Cup sour cream
- Chunky taco sauce

Combine first 4 ingredients in heavy small saucepan
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1 18.25 oz. package devil's food cake mix
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 4 ounce package instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup coffee liqueur
- 2 tablespoons orange peel, grated
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar
Lasagna

- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/3 cup onions, minced
- 3 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
- 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 2 3 oz. packages mushroom slices, drained
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 3/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 16 oz. package lasagna noodles
- 2 8 oz. packages cheddar cheese, sliced
- 1 16. oz package cottage cheese
