Sensational Spiced Salmon

- Mix first 6 ingredients and rub into salmon - Place in greased baking dish; bake at 350 15 - 20 min
- 2 T brown sugar
- 4 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamom
- 4 salmon fillets (4 oz each)

Spiced Pork and Apricot Stew

- 1 1/4 lb pork loin, sliced
