Apple Walnut Pancakes

2 pancakes (without syrup) = 208 cal, 8 gm fat; 396 mg sodium; 3 gm fiber
- 1 C all purpose flour
- 1 C whole wheat flour
- 1 T brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 C skim milk
- 2 T canola oil
- 1 med apple peeled, cored, chopped
- 1/2 C chopped walnuts
Pumpkin Chili

In a large pot over medium heat, cook beef until brown; drain
- 2 Lb Ground beef
- 1 Large onion, diced
- 1 Green bell pepper, diced
- 2 Cans 15 oz kidney beans, drained
- 1 46 oz cans Tomato juice
- 1 28 oz cans Peeled and diced tomatoes with juice
- 1/2 Cups Canned pumpkin puree
- 1 Tbsps Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Tbsps Chili powder
- 1/4 Cups Sugar
Orange Chicken Rice Bowl

- Heat non stick skillet to medium high; add chicken and stir fry until done - 5-7 min - Stir in dressing and juic

- 1/4 C Asian toasted sesame dressing (Kraft)
- 1/4 C OJ (use concentrate)
- 3 C frozen stir fry vegetables
- 3 C cookrd rice
- 1/4 C chopped nuts
- Sesame oil if desired
Chocolate Krispie Cookies

1. Stir together flour, soda and salt
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups Rice Krispies®
- 1 package (6 oz., 1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1/2 C raisins (opt)
Sauteed Apples and Snow Peas

- Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
- 1 container (1 lb) Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy vanilla frosting
- 3/4 cup salted peanuts, coarsely chopped
- 3 cups crisp rice cereal
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
